Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Facilitators of the Getting to Know Me & Then You workshops, as well as the informational meetings and other programs.
- Ensure that sign-in sheets, evaluation forms and all other forms are completed and properly filed.
- Monitor classroom sessions by completing checklists to ensure student participation.
- Assist the students with special projects.
- Assist facilitators with focus group sessions.
- Provide feedback to the facilitators and detail their observations.
